Mother’s Day Sangria shoot for Luci’s Morsels

Luci is a new friend and collaborator and I took these photos thanks to her! I’m so thankful we met prior to quarantine and were still able to work together during shelter in place. With Mother’s Day coming up, she wanted to share some thoughtful ideas for moms on Mother’s Day along with what you can do for your mamas and motherly figures… one of the ideas being a yummy brunch sangria. Luci dropped off the supplies and I photographed the sangria in my living room in the afternoon one day when the light was perfect. The peonies had been delivered a few days prior from Bloom, a local Sacramento flower subscription. The blooms added the perfect pop of color to the photos. Feeling so so thankful for the work I’ve been able to do at home during this time. I miss working with people, but love being able to get creative at home (especially when you get to drink it afterwards).
